Honey Ly Q.A

So as it is coming up to opening up our store we thought we would do an Q.A for all our curious customers about how things work, and any other possible questions you may have. If we have not answered your question in this blog post, please feel free to message us on our facebook page and we will happily reply ^^

1. Do you ship outside of the U.K?

A. Yes we will happily ship outside of the U.K. We are based in the U.K however that will not stop us from shipping worldwide.


2. How do I order?

A. Ok so our ordering process is easy but we will go in to it with great detail to save any confusion with out customers ^^
So on our facebook page we post items which we are going to be selling, a long with the price of the items. If you are interested in purchasing these items then all you have to do is message us with item/items that you would like.
Once you have told us what you would like we will get your order ready for you and send you a picture of your order, for example:

Once you are happy with your order we will then calculate how much shipping will be to your address (for questions about shipping please go to question 4. ) and give you an all together price.
(Please note that we will not ship your items to you until you have paid for your items)
We will send you an invoice for the total amount.
Once this is done you will get a picture of your package with shipping details as well.
We want to be a personal shopper for you so we can make sure you get the best experience and that there is no confusion with anything and that you have constant great communication with us.


3. Will you hold items for me?

A. We are more than happy to hold items for you, however please understand we can only hold these items for you for up to 5 days Maximum.

4. What shipping options are there?

A. Our shipping options are tracked and signed, if you want cheaper shipping and don't want it tracked or signed then we will only do this if your order is £15 or under (this rule also applies for the U.K as well).
 
Once the package has been sent off it is no longer under our care, and as a result up to the delivery service, if something does get lost in the mail or if you have customs problems then please message us. There is not much we can do, but understand that we will try and help as much as possible.
